Those who seek the transportation services of PTSP approved
passenger motor carriers must complete the School District
Participation Agreement. (PDF download or
online form)

administrator at 1-800-888-4612 or by e-mail at
ptsp@consolidatedsafety.com.

 | What are my roles and responsibilities in the program?
As a PTSP school district participant, you should verify that a
carrier has a PTSP approval rating before hiring them.
If a carrier is not an approved carrier, encourage them to visit
the PTSP web site and to become a PTSP approved carrier.
